At INTERMIX®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your designer purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Print Your Label
Generate and print your prepaid UPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy alternative, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
